People Operations (HR) Working Student (m/f/d)

Job description

We are expanding and therefore looking for a People Operations (HR) Working Student (m/f/d), to actively support the People Operations team in our Munich office in all operational and administrative matters for up to 20 hours per week.


  • Learn how an HR Department in a dynamic and digital environment works and if this could be your future professional arena
  • Become an expert in using our HR Information System to onboard new colleagues
  • Structure our onboarding and appraisal process by scheduling feedback, onboarding and training appointments and reminders
  • Oversee the absence management (sickness, vacation etc) in our HR Information System
  • Undertake research on various HR topics and help draft presentations and guidelines
  • Draft employment certificates and other HR documentation
  • Assist with internal communication matters and tasks
  • Support all People Operations initiatives and projects as needed



  • You are keen to learn about HR and are currently enrolled in a relevant degree (Human Resources Management, Organizational Psychology, Business Management or similar)
  • You impress through pro-activity and your hands-on attitude
  • You can work at a high level in both English and German
  • You are service oriented and are motivated by helping other people out
  • You embrace diversity and enjoy working in a multi-cultural environment
  • You have very good skills in Excel, PowerPoint and Word
  • You like to analyze and improve policies and procedures
