Job description

The Position

We are expanding and looking for a highly-motivated Lead Generation Working Student (m/f) to actively support our Sales team in our Munich office.

You will be responsible to support the Sales team in the Lead Generation processes, which involves sales and business research, sales campaign organisation, event organisation, support in cold-calling and other sales related services, as well as some administrative work that will boost the sales processes.


Mission

  • generate quality leads/prospects that can be qualified as a real sales opportunity
  • grow lead database
  • expand and upscale lead generation processes (sales campaigns, meetings, and network development)
  • extend sales activities through efficient and effective support activities (administration of leads, contacts, opportunities)
  • straighten lead/prospect network through quality team work

Requirements

Required Skills

  • fluent in English and German, writing and editing skills

  • a hands-on, startup-, and team player attitude
  • proactive to approach prospects by phone/email

  • proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Desired Skills

  • practical knowledge in Salesforce, or any similar CRM system
  • practical knowledge in Marketo, or any other mail-automation tool
  • experience in international environments
  • knowledge of digital business models or the online payment industry
  • basic understanding of web technologies
