E-Commerce Support Working Student (m/f)

Job description


We are expanding our Support Team and are looking for a working student to help us with onboarding project coordination. As a working student you will play a direct role in the customer success by providing our merchants with a positive experience using our technology.


  • Provide first class service to our customers
  • Prepare merchant communication notifications
  • Produce technical guides to introduce merchants to the use of our services
  • Provide accurate responses to merchants questions and coordinate with our internal departments fast issue resolution



  • Good understanding of technical subjects and studies in a technical field (e.g. Informatics)
  • Ability to use (or quickly learn) typical online applications for ticketing, wikis and forums
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (German is a plus)
  • Enthusiastic about providing outstanding customer service
  • Previous experience in customer support is a big advantage
  • Team player with a high level of self-organisation and collaborative personality
  • Knowledge of Web Service Standards like JSON & REST is an advantage
